Mount Kilimanjaro Climb Food Menu

Trekking up Mount Kilimanjaro necessitates a nutritious diet, encompassing a balance of essential nutrients like proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, not just for our clients but also for our entire mountain supporting crew. Throughout the hike, our team of professional cooks will provide three hearty meals each day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. These meals are prepared using the freshest seasonal ingredients, sourced from local markets in Moshi – these include fruits, vegetables, seafood, beef, chicken etc … For treks lasting more than 5 days, we ensure a regular resupply of fresh food to our team on the mountain for our continued sustenance.

We provide a mess/ dining tent with camping chairs & table(s) for all Camping routes. Each day you will be served different meals whilst on the mountain and below is a guideline to what type of food you can expect:
